About the Foundation
The K&N's Foundation was registered under section 42 of the Companies Ordinance, 1984, on September 03, 2014, in Pakistan, as a non-profit organization.
The primary purpose of the Foundation is to undertake such activities which lead to advancement of health, education, nutrition and relief to the underprivileged people of Pakistan.
Mr. Khalil A. Sattar is the founder Chairman of K&N’s Foundation. He is a pioneer of the Poultry Industry in Pakistan and serves as CEO on the board of K&N’s . He is also a Director in Naymat Collateral Management Company Limited.
An entrepreneur and a successful businesswoman, Mrs. Naushaba Khalil Sattar serves as Director on the boards of several companies associated with K&N’s. She is an active member of the Horticultural Society of Pakistan and the Floral Art Society, for which she remained the National Chairperson for four years. She also served as editor of the magazine for many years.
Mr. Adil Khalil Sattar is currently Executive Director of various K&N’s companies, aggressively looking after the business, introducing new ideas of marketing the K&N’s brand in Pakistan as well as globally.
Syed Yousuf Musfata, has been serving K&N’s Foundation in the capacity of Director and Secretary since its incorporation. He has been with K&N’s for 35 years, as its Group Chief Accountant.
Mr. Abdul Ghaffar Khalid is a gold medalist and holds a Diploma in Fine Art (Design). He is Chief of Communication Design at K&N’s Foods (Pvt.) Limited, looking after advertising and corporate identity design of K&N’s.
